What we collect
When you request a home-value review or download the Seller Decision Planner, we collect the information you enter. This may include your home address, name, email address, community or town, selling timeline, phone number and details about your home. We also record the page and campaign that brought you to the site (for example, an ad link).
Why we collect it
- To prepare and email your personalized home-value review.
- To deliver the Seller Decision Planner and follow up about that request.
- To follow up about your request by email, or by phone if you provided a number.
- To manage and respond to your request in our business records and customer relationship management system.
- To understand which of our ads and pages are working.
We do not sell your personal information.
Consent and marketing emails
By submitting a home-value request, you agree that we may contact you about that request and related selling options. We send ongoing marketing emails, such as local market updates, seller advice, and PropertyGuys.com service information, only if you choose to opt in on the form. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Service providers and information outside Canada
We use service providers to host this website, process form submissions, deliver email, manage customer relationships, and measure advertising performance. Form submissions are processed by Formspree, which delivers your request to us by email. This site uses Google Ads tags, which may set cookies to measure ad performance. These providers handle information under their own privacy policies and may store or process information outside Canada.
Cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The home-value form will still work.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to your request and follow up, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete it, subject to legal and record-keeping requirements.
